School's Management
Notre Dame Academy is established and administered by Patna Notre Dame Sisters Society. Under the Fundamental Rights guaranteed by Article 30 of the Indian Constitution , for students professing christian faith, but it also admits others irrespective of caste and creed.
Patna Notre Dame Sisters Society has final authority over and responsibility for Notre Dame Academy.
Committee of Management:
The authority to manage and conduct all affairs of the Institution may be vested in a committee which shall be responsible for properly running the Institution in accordance with the general policy laid down by the society as decided in its meetings from time to time and the regulations and code, if any, prescribed for its institutions.
The committee shall consist of the following:

- The Principal of Notre Dame Academy, Ex-Officio |
|
|
- A member of the Society appointed by thePresident of Patna Notre Dame Sisters Society Ex-officio |

|
-Four members of said society nominated by the President of Society.
-Two respresentatives of the staff appointed by the Principal.
-A guardians’ respresentative nominated by the rest of the members of the committee of management for a term of three years.
-One Gazatted Govt.official appointed by the President for a period of 3 years.
-An Educationist appointed by the Management Committee for a period of 3 years.
